An attorney will represent you.
Only licensed and experienced attorneys will work on your matter. Your representation will not be delegated to a paralegal or an inexperienced attorney.
Your busy schedule is not an issue.
We will work around your needs and schedule. We are happy to meet with you in the evening or over the weekend, and we also make house calls.
You can talk to us without running up your bill.
A flat fee billing arrangement promotes open communication because you will not be billed for phone calls, emails, or meetings. We believe that open communication leads to high quality representation because it promotes understanding and confidence.
We value you and your time.
We will provide you with individual attention to efficiently and courteously address your matter. Telephone calls and emails are always returned the day they are received.
My practice is focused on you, the client, because I care about you, and I care about offering high quality representation. My desire to help others has always been present in my professional career, first while I worked as a public school teacher, and now, as an attorney in my own practice.
I enjoy estate planning because I understand that the legal system can intimidate and overwhelm anyone. I am here to help find answers and create the solutions you need. I achieve this by drafting customized estate plans by first listening carefully to client concerns and goals, and then counseling clients on their options. Together we create an estate plan that is truly the client's plan, not just a fill-in-the-blank document.
Contact me today, I can provide peace of mind while you protect yourself and your loved ones.
